Managing Participants
Evmux does NOT have a separate “Participants Panel”. Participants are managed through the Fast Access Bar at the bottom of the editor.
Where to Find Participants
The Fast Access Bar is a horizontal strip at the bottom of the editor showing video thumbnails of all connected participants (editors, speakers, guests, screen shares, media shares).

Quick Actions on Participants
Click the three dots menu (⋮) on any participant’s thumbnail in the Fast Access Bar to:

| Edit name | Change name, title, company, position (affects lower third) |
| Open chat | Direct chat with this participant |
| Push to Talk | PTT audio to this participant |
| Chromakey | Green screen controls |
| Add to Pro scene | Add as layer in current Pro scene |
| Play Alone | Spotlight this participant |
| Add to Dynamic | Add to Dynamic Scene |
Adding Participants to Scene
- Hover over a participant’s thumbnail in the Fast Access Bar
- Click the Add button that appears
- The participant is added to the current scene
Muting Participants
- Click the sound indicator on a participant’s thumbnail to mute/unmute
- Or use the volume slider on their tile
- Or right-click on a participant’s layer on the scene
