How to Access the evmux Player
The evmux player is evmux’s own embeddable video player. You add it the same way you add any streaming platform — from your Destinations settings — and then place its embed code or link on your website to show your live stream there.
Steps
- Open your Destinations settings. In the Studio, click the Destinations button at the top-right of the screen — on mobile, open the main menu (the burger icon) and choose Destinations. You can also open Destinations from the Dashboard.
- Click the + (Add) button to see the list of available platforms.
- Choose evmux Player from that list — it sits alongside YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, and the others.
- Once it’s added, open it to copy the embed code or share link, then paste that onto your website.
Good to know
- The evmux player streams to evmux’s own player instead of an external platform, so there’s no external account to connect.
- It includes built-in chat and custom branding options.
- It’s available on paid plans.
