How to Download a Recording
This guide shows you how to download recorded videos from cloud storage to your computer.
Quick Steps
- Go to Dashboard > Recordings
- Find the recording you want
- Click Download
- Save to your computer
Accessing Recordings
From Dashboard
- Open the main dashboard
- Navigate to Recordings section
- Browse your recorded sessions
- Recordings listed by date
From Project/Session
- Open a specific project or session
- Find the Recordings tab
- View recordings from that session

Filtering
- Filter by date range

Downloading Methods
Method 1: Single Click Download
- Find the recording
- Click the Download button (↓)
- Download starts automatically
- File saves to Downloads folder
Method 2: Options Menu
- Click more options (…) on recording
- Select Download
- The download begins — there is no format or quality choice; the file downloads as it was recorded
Method 3: Preview and Download
- Click on recording to preview
- Watch to verify it’s the right one
- Click Download from preview player

ISO Recording Downloads
For ISO (individual track) recordings:

Downloading ISO Tracks
- Open ISO recording section
- Find the session
- Click on session to expand tracks
- Download individual tracks as needed
- Download all tracks as ZIP (if available)

- Progress bar shows completion percentage
- Estimated time remaining
- File size information
Managing Downloads
- Downloads continue in background
- Can download multiple files
- Check browser’s download manager
After Downloading
Where to Find Files
- Check browser’s Downloads folder
- Look for the file name matching recording
- Default location: ~/Downloads (Mac) or C:\Users[name]\Downloads (Windows)
Organizing Files
- Rename with meaningful names
- Move to project folders
- Back up important recordings
Troubleshooting
Download won’t start?
- Check browser permissions
- Disable popup blockers
- Try different browser
- Check storage space on computer
Download is slow?
- Large file takes time
- Check internet connection
- Try during off-peak hours
Download interrupted?
- Check internet connection
- Try again
- Clear browser cache
- Contact support if persists
File won’t play?
- May need correct codec
- Try VLC player (plays most formats)
- File may be corrupted - re-download
Can’t find the recording?
- Check correct date range
