What Your Own AI Can Do Through MCP

These are things an AI client connected to your studio through MCP can do when you ask it in plain language. Set it up first: Connect your own AI to the studio (MCP). The assistant built into the studio does not perform these actions; it only explains and shows you where things are. Exact wording does not matter. The examples below are grouped by what they do.

Layers

Add a layer

  • “Add a text layer that says ‘Welcome back’ in Poppins, bold, white, 80 px, centered.”
  • “Put my logo image in the top-right corner at 50% opacity with rounded corners.”
  • “Add the intro video, loop it, and set its volume to 30.”
  • “Add the highlight video and switch to the Q&A scene when it ends.”
  • “Add Sarah’s camera on the left half of the screen.”
  • “Add John’s screen share full screen.”
  • “Add my second camera in the bottom-right corner.”
  • “Add a web source showing https://example.com at a fixed size.”
  • “Add an animated caption with ‘Dana Levi’ and ‘Head of Marketing’ in blue and white.”
  • “Add my product slideshow to this scene.”
  • “Add a dynamic grid, centered, fit mode.”
  • “Add the countdown app to the scene.”

For any layer you can specify position, size, opacity and corner radius. Images, videos and cameras can have green-screen (chroma key) removal applied.

Change or remove a layer

  • “Move the text layer to the bottom left.”
  • “Resize the guest camera to 800 by 450.”
  • “Set the video’s opacity to 60%.”
  • “Crop 10% off the top of the screen share.”
  • “Round the corners of my camera.”
  • “Lock the background layer.”
  • “Remove the countdown layer.”
  • “Arrange the layers automatically.” (the assistant picks from the built-in layout presets)

Scenes

  • “Create a new scene called Q&A.”
  • “Create a new scene from the interview template.”
  • “Go to the next scene.” / “Go back to the previous scene.”
  • “Play scene 3.”
  • “Switch to portrait.” / “Switch to landscape.”

Music and sound

  • “Play the music.” / “Pause the music.”
  • “Next track.” / “Previous track.”
  • “Set the music volume to 20.”
  • “Turn playlist mode on.”
  • “Add the track ‘Summer Vibes’ to the playlist.”
  • “Remove the second track from the playlist.”
  • “Play the applause sound effect.”
  • “Turn Sarah’s volume down to 40.”
  • “Mute John.” / “Unmute John.”

  • “Show the welcome banner.” / “Hide the banner.”

  • “Create a banner with the title ‘Live from Tel Aviv’ and the text ‘Ask your questions in chat’.”

Branding
