Image Cropper
The Image Cropper lets you crop logos and profile pictures before they are uploaded.
Overview
The Image Cropper provides:
- Interactive crop selection
- A fixed aspect ratio where needed
- A real-time preview
When it opens
Logo upload
- Select an image for a logo.
- The cropper opens with a 1:1 (square) crop area.
- Adjust the crop area.
- Click Done to confirm.
- The cropped image is uploaded as the logo.
Profile pictures
Speaker and guest profile pictures use the same workflow.
Buttons

| Cancel | Closes the popup without saving |
| Close (X) | Closes the popup without saving |
Output
- Cropped images are saved as PNG at full quality.
- Logos are resized to fit within 1400x400 pixels.
The cropper follows the studio’s light or dark mode.
Best Practices
- Use appropriate source images - Higher resolution gives better crop results
- Consider aspect ratios - Logos work best at 1:1
- Check the preview - Verify the crop before confirming
- Size limits - Max logo size 1400x400 pixels
