How to Display a Clock on Your Stream
The Digital Clock widget shows the current time and/or date on your stream with customizable formatting and styling.
When to Use
- Showing the current time during a broadcast
- Displaying date and time for news-style shows
- Adding a time indicator to any stream
Steps
Step 1: Add the Digital Clock
- Open the Layers tab. Apps work on both scene types:
- Dynamic Scene: expand Apps & Widgets -> Add from marketplace
- Pro scene: click Add New Layer -> Apps & Widgets
- Search for “Digital Clock” and click to add it
Step 2: Configure Time Display

Step 5: Position on Screen
- Place in a corner for a subtle time display
- Use transparent background for an overlay look
- The glow effect looks best on darker scenes
Tips
- The neon glow (Text Shadow Color) makes the clock pop - try different colors
- Transparent background is great for overlaying on other content
- Use a larger time font and smaller date font for visual hierarchy
- 13 decorative fonts are available - try Pirata One for themed shows or Audiowide for a tech look
- Show only time or only date based on what you need
